Paragraph

work with ALEX

Alex’s passion to help her clients redefine their relationship with their body in ways that work for them, led her to the outpatient setting. Alex believes that every single body deserves safe and ethical care. She understands that ailments do not define us and that purposeful weight loss is not sustainable - nor the answer to treatment. A priority of Alex’s is to ensure that clients feel safe and empowered in their bodies during physical therapy.

In her free time, Alex enjoys spending time with her girls, fishing with friends, and obsessing over the Philadelphia Eagles.
