Meet Alex (she/her) PT, DPT. Her approach to physical therapy prioritizes the entire person with individualized care. With Alex you will receive the high quality, on-on-one care that you and your body deserve. Whether you have recently sustained an orthopedic injury, have had nagging back pain, or are just hoping to improve your body’s movement patterns, Alex will create a customized treatment plan that suits your body’s needs. She combines manual therapy techniques and exercise to help her clients get back to, or find, the activities and hobbies they enjoy with confidence.

Alex’s passion to help her clients redefine their relationship with their body in ways that work for them, led her to the outpatient setting. Alex believes that every single body deserves safe and ethical care. She understands that ailments do not define us and that purposeful weight loss is not sustainable - nor the answer to treatment. A priority of Alex’s is to ensure that clients feel safe and empowered in their bodies during physical therapy.

In her free time, Alex enjoys spending time with her girls, fishing with friends, and obsessing over the Philadelphia Eagles.
